Day4 - Leg6 - Bots+Zim - Quick bravery shot

This is the daily blog from Africa4Adventure.com, in particular a short series on the Botswana and Zimbabwe - Giraffe tour we attended during July 2011. Check out the plans and route for the trip here.
More South and Southern African motor cycle tours on our list of tour route summaries are available, where we explore these sorts of motorcycle tour routes. Just choose one of our events and reserve yourself a place on one of the future motorcycle adventure safari events.

This is the view of the bridge and the bungi jumping platform as seen from the restaurant on the other side of the river in Zambia. We were actually in no-mans land in between Zimbabwe and Zambia. We had to sign discaimers and other documentation before jumping. While there and because we were all so nervous some of us decided to have a quick double rum or whatever to steady the nerves. First time having that before 9am! Then off to make the jumps...

Daunting sight from the restaurant

A person dives out takign the leap of faith. Can you see how small they are?!
