The sun had almost set, but that's probably the best time, because that is when the animal rush hour begins. Many of them head back to where they spend the night and we got a chance to see this massive Crocodile casually swim back upstream to it's destination. It was massive, at least 3 or 4 metres long, possibly longer, it is difficult to tell when they are in the water.
We also saw some more Hippo's on their way home. And then as fast as it had begun, it was all over and we were off back to the jetty to dock. What a great way to spend some time looking at all the African wonders in such an awesome setting.
