Saturday afternoon and most people found themselves chilling around the bar area, chatting, telling tall stories, meeting people they had not already met and soaking up the 28 degree winter (in Zimbabwe) sunshine. We could all smell the wonderful aroma of the three Impala on the BBQ/Braai, which was being prepared by a chap who looked to me just like Eugene Terblanche. That was probably what the attraction was - the smell of the sizzling meat and the fact that we were all now getting hungry.
This is the daily blog from Africa4Adventure.com, in particular a short series on the Botswana and Zimbabwe - Giraffe Motorbike tour we attended during July 2011. Check out the original
plans and route for the trip here.
More South and
Southern African motor cycle tours on our list of tour route summaries are available, where we explore these sorts of
motorcycle tour routes. Just choose one of our
events and
reserve yourself a place on one of the future motorcycle adventure safari events.
