Day 24 - Leg 14 - Matjiesrivier backroads

As part of my trip from Durban to Cape Town via the lesser known back roads and dirt roads, this part of the motocycle expidition has been absolutely amazing. You can hopefully tell by the pictures that riding off-tar-road through these parts of the country, one really gets the feel for nature in the outlying areas, with surrounding mountains, all lovely and green and as far as I am concerned the best part wide open country side areas, where you can ride for hours without seeing anything but nature.

I remember trying to pass a car (@ 50km/h) along this narrow stretch which was a little challenging

Then back onto a section of tar before the next dirt section

Look at those mountains - this is buck country

Good old bike doing me so proud - not a moments hiccup

Nearing the wine & port country now! Good
